Preference will be given to bidder having experience of similar nature of work of single work order value of not less than 55 lakhs in last three Years. |

Bank solvency (in original) of not less than 25% of the tender value. |

Upto date registration certificate valid upto 31-03-2018. |

C.A. report of financial turnover along with balance sheet for last 3 Years. |

Considering present rates of building materials and labour and for maintaining satisfactory quality of work, Bids quoting rate below 10% (Ten Percent) of the schedule of Rates of APWD(Building) for civil, Sanitary and Electrical works for the year 2013-14, will be rejected. |

The acceptance of Bid rests with the undersigned who is not bound to accept the lowest Bid and reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. |
